 With the discovery that Skype is switching from its old, obfuscated
 protocol to an updated version of MSNP, and [https://github.com/msndevs
 /protocol-docs/wiki reverse engineering efforts] currently underway, I
 would like to propose an update to the MSN component to support version
 24, the latest version and the first version of MSNP to utilize Skype IM.
