 Same problem with same messages in the log on my end.  Was able to send
 files to friend on 2.10.6 while I was running 2.10.11 without issue, but I
 could not receive.  He upgraded to 2.10.11 and now neither of us can
 receive.  We are using AIM.  Going to downgrade until this is fixed.
