 The native sametime client integrated in Lotus Notes/IBM Notes supports
 custom emoticons. Users are free to add own (animated) images, as long as
 they don't exceed a predefined size. Any user can recieve any custom
 emoticon without having to add it to their own emoticon palette.

 The pidgin client lacks this feature. Is it possible to implement
 receiving of eomoticons and a custom emoticon palette that allows me to
 send them?
