 I have Message Notification 2.12.0 active.
 I have it set to Notify for IM windows & Chat windows & Focused windows
 I tell it the notification method is to prepend string into window title,
 and to flash window.
 No notification removals set.

 I expect it to operate normally by at least flashing three times, then
 remain highlighted until clicking.

 It's not. They will flash when items arrive, and then some will lose their
 highlight, some do not.

 Also, only a few prepend the message with a symbol and others do not.

 I have turned off all other plugins (third party and otherwise) to see if
 it will act properly when that's the only plugin, but no.

 TLDR; Windows flash, highlight, then highlight disappear. Not all windows
 follow prepend command.
