 Did it again, barely 24 hours after the last time. CPU at 24 for
 Pidgin.exe
 GDI is only about 400-500. This is the very first time it has ever done it
 multiple times in one week, let alone twice in two days. I have changed
 zero settings in my computer or way I run anything here.
