 So Microsoft has, at some point in the last few years, finally started
 supporting mDNS and DNS-SD natively in Windows. Installing Apple's
 implementation on top of that is pretty broken since they'd have to listen
 to the same port. It'd be ''much'' better if we could use Microsoft's
 built-in one.

 The only official documentation I've found is for UWP apps:

 but at least one person has gotten it to work with win32 apps at some
 point: https://github.com/stammen/dnssd-uwp (That library is unsupported,
 but it proves it's possible at least!)
