 should i interpret that error text as the public key is using 1024bit
 encryption and should be higher as opposed to and issue with the cipher
 being used for the session?

 attaching openssl s_client output.  I don't see that the cipher mentioned
 is on a vulnerable list.  As a side note, I did try enabling all unchecked
 keys through the NSS Preferences plugin
