 A lot of plugins (like Telegram and Facebook) can show messages sent by me
 from other device (like a web interface). This is great if I already have
 a conversation window from Pidgin opened. But when I use the web interface
 and send a new message, it leads to opening a new window by pidgin. It
 would be great if Pidgin allowed plugins to tell it to not open a window
 in that case.

 Ideally, the workflow would be (depending on the plugin, I guess):
 a) If I sent a new message from other device and no conversation is
 opened, do not open a new window/tab
 b) If a new message from somebody else arrives, opena new window.
 c) If I send a message and a window/Tab with such conversation is already
 opened, display the message in the window.
