after this post http://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopic.php?t=16652 , I tried
to translate this phrase correctly. I wasn't able.

Is that a libpurple translation? If it's a libpurple problem, what is the
procedure?

The correct phrase is "Ouvrir la boîte aux lettre Hotmail"
