PIDGIN WINDOWS INSTALLER LANGUAGE

There is no problem.

There were two bugs about this whcih were closed.
If there is a Turkish installer I think there should be a Turkish language
selection
and I am ready to prepare it for you to include.
I just dont know how to do. If you could tell me it would be great.
