Pidgin is string frozen!

Hi everyone,

Pursuant to previous discussion on devel at pidgin.im, I am announcing string
freeze on Pidgin with a planned release this coming Thursday, January 8.  It
appears there haven't been very many string changes this time around, so the
usual 4 day window will hopefully be enough for everyone.

Please commit or submit to trac your translations on or before Thursday.
