String Freeze

Hi all,

I know I just released Pidgin 2.7.8 last night.  That said, I believe we will
need to cut a quick 2.7.9 release this coming weekend.  To that end, I am
extending the string freeze.  This should afford any translators who did not
make the deadline for 2.7.8 an additional few days to continue working.  The new
deadline for any additional translations will be Saturday 2010-12-25 (Christmas
Day).
