Transifex

Is anyone interested in using Transifex [0] for translations?

They have a web interface where you can translate directly, or
download/upload .po files using your browser. They also have a simple
command line client for downloading/uploading .po files that would not
require a full Pidgin checkout.

I believe we could offer Transifex as an option on a
language-by-language basis. In other words, each language would need to
be maintained in either Transifex or, as it is now, directly in our
Monotone repository; it could not be edited in both places. But the
translators for each language could decide which tool to use.
