Turkish Installer Translation

Thank you very much for pointing the position of the installer
entries. One more question, where do we send our translations? Is
there a repository? I will try to translate the installation part and
then move on to other parts that are not translated but is there an
easier way of finding untranslated strings other than going through
the whole document?
