Turkish Installer Translation

If you're updating that translation with the hope of having it
included in the near future, you may want to use the one from the
2.x.y branch.

Note to all translators:
I've just updated http://developer.pidgin.im/l10n/ to distinguish
between the "current stable" branch and the "will be released as
3.0.0, probably months from now" branch.  This same distinction also
exists in Transifex now
(https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/pidgin/resources/).  We're
currently doing very infrequent releases from the 2.x.y branch with
very few string changes, so there isn't much work to do for complete
translations.

In any case, if you're submitting an update I recommend you submit it
for the 2.x.y branch.  We'll send an email to this mailing list when
we set a target for releasing 3.0.0.  We'll try to give you at least a
month's notice.
