Because he doesn't know what's considered blasphemous, defamatory, or
obscene. The paragraph actually reads "to the best of Designer's
knowledge," though, and I've pointed this out to him. Our lawyers want
to keep the paragraph. I don't really care so much, as I can't imagine
it ever being relevent ;)
