If I had won the power ball last night, I'd be in total favor of number
3. Although it still seems like they've done nothing but waste our
time, and personally, I feel that you and the lawyers, should get some
compensation for that.
What are the chances of the negotiation again? I mean, we still have
kept this thing entirely quiet which basically goes against what we're
doing with gaim/pidgin. On top of that, they're trying to sue us for
something that every kid knows is fun, rhyming.
On the other hand, maybe it's best if we just change the name and be
done with it. Much like the Mozilla/Firefox and GNU/Iceweasel debacle.
Basically I don't know what we should do, but I do know that we're
getting screwed either way.
