offline users on buddy list

I think this option should has default Ctrl+O shortcut. From my point of 
view only Ctrl+Q is more often used. The only one way to enable quick 
changing of Offline Buddies View (under Windows) that I've found was 
creating shortcut using "mysterious" GTK feature (gtk-can-change-accels 
option in gtkrc). But I wouldn't call it "user-friendly" way ;)
