Granted my voice is not the end all to things here, but I believe that
our SoC work will be propagated into HEAD when the devels deem our
work stable and good enough to be released.

If your work is in MTN I believe that when it gets propagated to
im.pidgin.pidgin it will naturally make its way into future releases
from that point.

If any of what I said is inaccurate I stand to be corrected and would
like to be corrected as this would mean my understanding of the
situation is flawed.
