Ticket #1134 is not a patch, it's not a bug report, it's not a feature
request. The right place to mention your views on what we should do or
how we should do it (i.e., "Stand aside and let someone with a view of
the real world take over") with our project is the mailinst list. The
said ticket is invalid.

You will notice that you did not provide any additional argument for us
to consider bringing the prpl-icons back in the buddy list.
