Ok, I can't resist. I've always thought we should have a menu somewhere that
listed all your buddies. I'm not sure why, I think I've been mispicturing an
alternative to drag and drop for moving buddies between groups (since that
would only need groups). The Tools menu is the perfect place for a list of
Buddies. Tools and Buddies should definitely be combined because they're
practically synonyms.
