You are, and you were.  From your first message:

This is hostile and derogatory.  Now, it is obvious from your prose
that English is not your first language; perhaps you simply did not
know this.  In that case, it is unfortunate that people took offense;
however, it stands that statements like this *are* generally designed
to provoke offense.

Ever since that statement, you have projected a similar sense of
entitlement and condescension.  The fact of the matter is, you are
entitled to *nothing* here, and you are in no position to feel
superior to anyone.  If you have problems with the software which you
received *for free* from people who spent countless hours writing and
improving it, you may feel free to ask nicely about solutions, or to
provide patches -- you should NOT expect to be well-recieved when you
thrust forth barely cogent demands for satisfaction.
