version.h appears to be generated, as my clean working copy doesn't have one.
version.h.in is correct, however.
win2ktrans.c was missed in my sed pass because there is absolutely no
capitalization whatsoever in the licensing portion of the comment at the top of
the file. I will take care of this and fix the capitalization issues while I'm
at it.
Do we want to attempt updating the getopt files or just update the FSF address?
