Missing tickets on Trac

I don't see a problem with that.  What would we name the milestones, or what
purpose would each milestone serve, though?  For example, we have the Activate
MSNPV14 milestone whose purpose is clear, as well as the Patches welcome and
Plugin Suggested milestones.
