Hello there!
Does anyone noticed that messages sent by a contact using "Yahoo for the
Web" and that have accentuation is not showed correctly by Pidgin ?
By the way I've made my question someone could think the problem is with
Pidgin, but it seems it's "Yahoo for the Web" that is not doing it's job.
On messagens sent by "Yahoo for the Web", a tag with id "97" that
indicates whether the message is encoded using UTF-8 is not provided.
Can anyone tell me what to do on such case ?
Would it be acceptable to consider that the absence of tag "97"
indicates that the message is already encoded with UTF-8 ?
