Inclusion of MXit plugin into Pidgin

Hi Peter,

Yes MXit used to use ejabberd internally, but external access to the IM
has for the past couple of years been only via the MXit protocol. The
main reason for this is to reduce communication payload for mobile
users. (Mobile users tend to login/logout much more frequent than pc
users and data traffic is much more expensive.)

MXit has since replaced ejabberd with a custom IM engine, so not even
internally XMPP is being used anymore. There are also no future plans to
support XMPP for client logins.

Thank you,

Pieter
