What I am saying is that on receipt of a SPIM message you might realise you want
to change your preferences from "Allow all users to contact me" to "Only allow
users on my Buddy list".

While I see duplication as a bad thing also, I suggested something just to get
the ball rolling.
Right now I see it that the application has an option which the user will want
to use, however it is on a different window (which may or may not be visible)
and under a menu option.
