Unable to get displaying-email-notification signal

The displaying-email-notification signal is emitted when one email is
being displayed, for multiple emails displaying-emails-notification is
emitted.

I'm unsure why we have this distinction but for the moment we seem to.

I'm updating the documentation to be slightly more clear about this.
