I was thinking to have this Refresh button  (and Inspect elemento) to
help the development of styles and our webkit support. Maybe it would
be better to add them in a plugin so it is not enabled for everyone as
default.

I think the "Inspect element" button is useful too but I don't have a
pidgin build here to check if it was gone too with this change.
