[Question #37150]: Annoying Popup Information on mouse-overs

The Extended Preferences Plugin removes/hides the buddy tooltip for
you. Removal of group tooltips are available in the cvs version of the
plugin. In the released 0.7 version of the plugin you can also change
the time delay when it shows after hovering over a buddy.
