Pidgin 2.4.0 and offline messages

Hi!

Couple words about "ideal" world.

That is result of test for offline messages from Pidgin :) (both
messengers uses UTF-8 encoding and Russian language, both on Mandriva
2007.1 boxes):

Julia: x4;4x4;@x4;0x4;Ax4;Lx4;Bx4;5

As you see, there isn't any error messages, but string is absolutely
unreadable.
