Mxit doesn't want to work on this service

Hi

I can't activate my mxit. I have a mxit pin that is 6 characters long, but the say its to short. I can't change my mxit pin, I've been using this pin for 4years now. So I don't know why I have to struggle this much... 

The username I use my cell number, beginning with +27....

Please help, I am getting anoid with this service.
