Editing chat rooms?

Hi,
 
How do you edit your chat room configuration?
 
When you first create a chat room there is a dialogue window where you
enter all your options.
 
Once the chat room is created, I can't for the life of me find how to
get back to this dialogue for an already created chat room to adjust the
configuration.
 
Can you please direct me to documentation explaining how to edit chat
room options.
