Problem: Not seeing AOL Phone forwarded buddies

Hello:

 

For the last two versions of Pidgin, I have not been able to see AOL Phone
Forwarded buddies. They appear on aol.com's IM window but show purely
offline in my pidgin client (updated today to latest version).

 

Is there a setting or something that needs to be changed for me to see these
buddies in this state again?
