Unable to add a working contact in pidgin

Please contact Oracle internal IT support.  This is a result of how they 
operate their XMPP server.  Please ask them why they continue to allow 
their employees to go to the wrong place for support.  No-one outside of 
Oracle knows enough about their system to help you.
