Please do not go off list.  Pidgin does not support Office Communicator 
without the use of third party plugins.  You appear to have a third 
party plugin.  You should use the support channel that is provided for 
that plugin.

The support web page for that is probably

seems to be a forum at <http://sourceforge.net/p/sipe/discussion/>.  (It 
looks as though there is just one plugin - I found two different home 
pages for it.)
