problem with "server closed cennection"

Hi,
I installed pidgin for our small organization of 20 users using Gmail.com
accounts.

I added some 5-6 Accounts and Buddies but at some point for some users it
shows a message "Server closed the connection"
I tried to Modify Account and Reconnect but it does not work.

Could someone explain what "Server" is sending that message.
I thought I do not use any server, only Gmail account.

Please send me any suggestions how to resolve the issue.
