Comment:

 the popup should be gone.  the 7th step is because you don't save
 passwords.  The 3 options on the error above the status are there because
 with some services it is not particularly possible to be sure that it is a
 bad password causing the error.  So ignoring the error for a while might
 be a reasonable choice.

 Sean, I'm not sure if we want to call this duplicate of the other ticket
 about the need to re-enable accounts or not.  But it is yet another
 example of dislike for the need to manually re-enable an account Pidgin
 has disabled.
