 I personally am not interested in implementing any Windows-specific hacks
 to please users, as we are waiting for someone to write a native windows
 UI for libpurple.  I don't see the point in having a ton of Windows-
 specific hacks when we want a real Windows UI to appear.  It's just more
 to rip out of Pidgin when that UI appears and we no longer need to support
 Windows in our GTK+ UI.  That doesn't mean that a developer won't disagree
 with me and implement said hack, if it's even possible to do.
