 I think the "new message" icon should be changed.  Right now it looks like
 a white version of the Outlook 2003 "new mail" icon.  Doesn't make sense
 at all to me to be a new IM message.  I like the green circle.  Even
 overlaying a little dot inside the green circle for a new message would be
 nice and simple.
