 Yes.  It maps to RTLD_LOCAL in dlopen.  This may actually be a non-issue.
 I cannot reproduce, and I think those who can had multiple copies of
 certain libraries linked.  We are in a ports freeze now, but when it
 lifts, I will commit pidgin-2.0.0, and see what happens.  Since we just
 imported X.Org 7.2, people had to rebuild all of their ports, so this may
 just go away.
