 It is possible to place a buddy between adjacent contats - you have to do
 it fast and drop the buddy between them.

 Comment from #820 (which is a duplicate of this bug):

 "The target is denoted with a line in Pidgin. If the line is between two
 users, then the user I am moving with stays between them. If there is a
 rectangle around a user then they collapse. This is behavior I would like.
 Currently this works only if I do it fast. If I move a user between two
 users - one of them is expanded after a short moment. Users should expand
 only when I am on them, not between them."
