 Ah, sorry, I just realized I was begging the question there. By "how to
 get back here" rlaager meant back to the Accounts window in general,
 whereas I was talking about getting back to the "Add Account" dialog in
 particular.

 I doubt that the current instructions on how to get back to the Accounts
 window actually work, coming as they do as a long fourth sentence at the
 end of a paragraph that people likely want to skip over ASAP. If it is a
 known problem that people have trouble finding the Accounts window after
 initial setup, my first suggestion would be to rename "Accounts" >
 "Manage" to "Accounts" > "Set Up Accounts...". (Except perhaps in an
 accounting office, few people want to "manage" accounts; and adding the
 missing ellipsis may make it more obvious, too.)
