Comment(by MarkDoliner):

 I agree with rlaager that I don't think we should show both the Accounts
 window and the Add Account dialog. Aside from the "which window is on
 top" problem, I think it's just a lot of windows to bombard the user with
 (the buddy list is also visible at this point).

 We chose to show the Accounts window with the goal of educating the user,
 so that they learn where to go to change account settings. But that goal
 might be futile. I'm ok with showing an Add Account dialog instead (but I
 still prefer the Accounts window).

 I could go either way on the ellipses. The GNOME Human Interface
 Guidelines say, "[d]o not add an ellipsis to items that ... do not require
 further input (such as Properties, Preferences or About)." I think our
 Accounts window basically falls under that category, which is why the
 current menu item doesn't have ellipsis.

 The text used to say "Add/Edit Accounts." I think the current "Manage
 Accounts" is an improvement. "Configure Accounts" or "Set Up Accounts"
 might be better. Does "set up" sound ghetto to you? It's not exactly
 formal.
