 Caron is a little V over certain letters (in Slovenian: Č, Š, Ž)

 I've used several versions of pidgin and it can display all carons OK, but
 some friends tell me that they can't see carons my pidgin sends. We tested
 this over MSN protocol. Don't know how to fix it. I didn't find any
 similar threads or any settings in pidgin (to enable UTF-8 or whatever).
