 A friend of mine is using an MSN Version called "Windows Live Wave 3", the
 build is "version 2009 build 14.0.5027.908". I can send files to him (and
 he can accept them) but they won't transfer (Not even at super-slow
 rates).

 When he sends files, I can't see them at all.

 I tried debugging, and all I got was when he sent a file. 2 actually.

 The odd thing is that he can transfer files fine between oficial msn-
 clients. I'm thinking it might be related to this ticket
