 You need to get the debug log of the AIM disconnection and post that to a
 ticket as well before we can begin to figure out what is going on there.

 I understand the challenges involved in convincing people that the
 software not affected by an issue is in fact the problem and not the
 software that sees all the effect and I wish you luck with that.

 Please do get the debug window output from pidgin of this disconnection
 happening so that we can make sure that pidgin is in fact not initiating
 such an erroneous IQ stanza (which as was stated before is unlikely,
 especially given that OpenFire only seems to object to 'result' and
 'error' IQ stanza types with disconnection).
