Comment:

 This is actually different than the conversation we had in #pidgin about
 this.

 What you reported to the trac people is a different issue than what I was
 trying to tell you about.

 The radio buttons and the "Note: Updating the ticket will permanently add
 you to the cc list." text are certainly put there by a custom plugin; but
 the plugin doesn't change the behavior, it is just an indicator for how it
 will behave.

 We're using the [http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracIni#notification-
 section always_notify_updater] setting in trac - which is what the
 "permanently add you to the cc list" refers to.

 What I had indicated you needed to request from the trac folks was a way
 to search for tickets that a certain user had commented on, not that there
 was something wrong with the CC search.
