 CapsLock for English capital letters works fine, writing with niqqud does
 not. I'm not at all sure how the CapsLock + Shift works or whether it is
 something that GTK+ can support or not. GTK+ however supports alternate
 ways of entering niqqud, such as presented
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niqqud#Niqqud_and_the_keyboard here].
