Comment:

 I fully believe that supporting a NO_DISPLAY flag for blist nodes is
 something that we should support and intend to accept at least that part
 of this patch. I don't believe pidgin should support (by default) setting
 this flag on buddies and I'm unsure whether 'Show Offline' should become
 'Show All'. I think 'Show All' is less obvious in what it does to people
 who don't know about this new flag/feature and that people who are setting
 the flag (with the plugin that will need to be written) will likely be
 aware enough (or can be made aware enough) to understand that 'Show
 Offline' will display them again.

 The request in #9809, for example, will be made possible with this patch.
